At South Park Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed apparel. If your order isn't quite right, we make it easy to swap your items or receive a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
